Shipping policy

At Model RailScapes, all of our 3D printed train layout accessories are carefully made to order. Model RailScapes is a brand owned and operated by Blue Line Custom Creations. We are committed to providing accurate lead times, secure packaging, and reliable delivery so your custom products arrive safely and on schedule.


Order Processing Time

  • All items are made to order, and production typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the item’s complexity and order volume.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx): Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after production

  • Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional charge

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier delays beyond our control.


International Shipping

At this time, we are not offering international shipping through our Shopify store. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss custom shipping options.


Shipping Delays

Please note:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier, inclement weather, or peak holiday periods are out of our control.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@bluelinecustomcreations.com, and we’ll help investigate.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  2. Provide clear photos (for damaged packages) and your order number.

  3. We will work with the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize an error, contact us immediately. If an item needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address that you supplied during the order process, then you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship your order.
